What to Expect

1. You are picked up at a designated Kauai hotel from 7:45 AM after reconfirming by phone 24 hours ahead at 808-246-0122 or 808-833-3000.
2. The coach drives the south and west shores with stops at Spouting Horn blowhole and the Hanapepe Valley lookout.
3. You climb to the Waimea Canyon Lookout, or to Puu Hinahina Lookout when the main lookout is closed, as it was from July 14 to about December 8, 2025 for repairs.
4. Lunch is on your own at a stop the guide announces.
5. On the east side you board an open-air riverboat for a narrated 2-mile ride up the Wailua River, then walk a short rainforest path to the Fern Grotto for a Hawaiian wedding song performance.
6. After a photo stop at Opaekaa Falls, the coach returns you to your hotel by about 5:30 PM.
