What to Expect

1. Pickup starts around 7:00 AM from one of 19 Waikiki hotel locations chosen at booking; the pickup time may differ slightly from the official start.

3. At Waimea Valley you walk about 3/4 of a mile through the botanical garden to the 40-ft waterfall, with about 1.5 hours for the walk and a swim; changing facilities are available there.
4. The route passes Pipeline and Sunset Beach and stops at the Kahuku food trucks for a lunch you pay for yourself (Expedia lists this as a 1-hour stop).
5. On the windward side the van stops at Kualoa Park for Chinaman's Hat views and at a macadamia nut farm for tastings.
6. The final leg covers Pali Lookout, Makapu'u Lookout and Halona Blowhole, each listed at 15 to 20 minutes.
7. The day ends with a Leonard's Bakery malasada and drop-off in Waikiki around 5:00 PM.
