What to Expect

1. You check in with the captain and crew at Kihei Boat Ramp, 2800 S Kihei Rd, at 6:30 AM and sign a liability waiver.
2. The raft leaves at 7:00 AM and reaches Molokini Crater in 15 to 20 minutes, ahead of the larger boats from Maalaea.
3. The crew gives a safety briefing, fits your gear and wetsuit, and you snorkel inside the crater for about an hour; flotation devices are available.
4. Back on board you eat a sandwich lunch with chips, granola bars, juice and water during the 15-20 minute ride to Turtle Town.
5. You snorkel at Turtle Town, a reef area off the Makena coast where green sea turtles are common.
6. The raft returns to Kihei Boat Ramp around 10:00 AM, where showers and restrooms are available.
