What to Expect

1. Get picked up at your Waikiki hotel; the start time is not published, so check the FareHarbor calendar.
2. Drive past the Moana Surfrider, Duke Kahanamoku statue and a secluded Waikiki beach, then stop at the Diamond Head beach lookout.
3. Follow the southeast coast with stops at Koko Head lookout, Halona Blowhole, Sandy Beach and Makapuʻu lookouts.
4. Pass Sea Life Park and Waimānalo, then stop at a macadamia nut farm for a free coffee and nut tasting.
5. Continue past Chinaman's Hat and Kualoa Ranch to the Kahuku food trucks for a lunch stop of about 30 minutes at your own cost.
6. Drive the North Shore surf spots, stop at Laniakea turtle beach, pass through Haleiwa and visit Dole Plantation.
7. Return to Waikiki past Schofield Barracks, 6–7 hours after pickup.
